AAFP (American Academy of Family Physicians)
This Live activity with a beginning date of 10/3/2021 is approved for up to 24.25 Prescribed credit(s) by the American Academy of Family Physicians. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity. 20.25 hours are classroom time and 4.0 hours are earned for volunteering in the Ironman Medical Tent on October 9, 2021


AMA/AAFP Equivalency
AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™ toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. When applying for the AMA PRA, Prescribed credit earned must be reported as Prescribed, not as Category 1.


CFPC (College of Family Physicians of Canada)
Members of the College of Family Physicians of Canada are eligible to receive 24.25 hours of Certified or Non-Certified Mainpro+ credits for participation in this activity due to reciprocal agreement with the American Academy of Family Physicians.

COURSE REFUND POLICY


Should you have to cancel your participation in this course, please be advised of the following terms and conditions: 


Course Refund Policy 

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing either via USPS, fax or e-mail
  • Refund process can take 3 to 4 weeks
  • A full refund, less a $100 fee applies for all cancellations received prior to 9/1/2021
  • After this date, all fees are nonrefundable
  • Trip Cancellation Insurance is recommended and may be purchased at www.travelguard.com or www.allianztravelinsurance.com.
  • We regret that name changes/substitutions are not permitted
  • In the event that the conference must be canceled or changed due to unforeseen circumstances out of our control, an administrative fee of $50 is assessed.
