Course Refund Policy

Should you have to cancel your participation in this course, please be advised of the following terms and conditions: 

Course Refund Policy 

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing either via USPS, fax or e-mail
  • Refund process can take 3 to 4 weeks
  • A full refund, less a $100 fee applies for all cancellations received prior to 12/1/2020 
  • After this date, all fees are nonrefundable
  • Trip Cancellation Insurance is recommended and may be purchased at www.travelguard.com or www.allianztravelinsurance.com.
  • We regret that name changes/substitutions are not permitted
  • Registration fees for this conference may be transferred to the October 2021 conference provided notice is received prior to July 1, 2020. After this date, fees are non-transferable to future conferences.
  • In the event that the conference must be canceled or changed, an administrative fee of $50 is assessed.
