Should you have to cancel your participation in the symposium, please be advised of the following Refund Policy:
- A $100 cancellation fee applies to all canceled registrations - regardless of reason for cancellation
- After August 1, 2023, a $200 cancellation fee applies.
- After September 1, 2023, no refund applies
- We regret that we are unable to apply your registration to a future symposium,
- Name changes/substitutions are not allowed
- Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment

In the event the Symposium is canceled or postponed due to Covid 19 or other reasons beyond our control a $50 administrative fee applies to all requests for a Symposium refund.
