Outrigger Policies
Deposits
A two-night deposit is required to confirm reservations. Balance due upon check out. A major credit card is required for all deposits/payments
Cancellation Policy
A full refund of your deposit for all cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival.
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival, your deposit is forfeited.
Reservation Cut Off Date
The group rates are guaranteed until the Cut Off Date of September 1, 2025 -but rooms are subject to availability.
Taxes
All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes for single or double occupancy. Currently, a 4.712% State of Hawaii General Excise tax, a 3% County of Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax and a 10.25% State of Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax apply to the room rate. Such taxes are subject to change without notice.
Pre/Post Dates
Rooms are available up to 3 days pre and post of the official symposium dates of October 4-8, 2026 - but subject to availability.
Occupancy
Guest room rates are based upon single and double occupancy. Third and fourth person are at a charge of $25.00 per night, plus applicable taxes. Children under 18 may stay for free in their parent’s room when using existing bedding. The maximum number of persons per room is four (4).
Guest Parking
Outrigger Guests receive a 50% discount off the following parking rates:
- Daily parking charges are $30 for self-parking and $40 for Valet per day plus tax - subject to change
Off-Site Guests Parking
For those attendees not staying at the Outrigger, a 50% discount off the following parking rates:
