In order to take advantage of the numerous discounts offered to symposium attendees, your room must be reserved through our official room block. Discounts on the resort fee, parking, golf course, spa and other amenities are found below.

Outrigger Policies
Deposits
A two-night deposit is required to confirm reservations. Balance due upon check out. A major credit card is required for all deposits/payments
Cancellation Policy
A full refund of your deposit for all cancellations received 30 days or more prior to arrival.
Within 30 days of arrival, your deposit is forfeited.
Taxes
All room rates are quoted exclusive of applicable state and local taxes for single or double occupancy. Currently, a 4.712% State of Hawaii General Excise tax, a 3% County of Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax and a 10.25% State of Hawaii Transient Accommodation Tax apply to the room rate. Such taxes are subject to change without notice.
Occupancy
Guest room rates are based upon single and double occupancy. Third and fourth person are at a charge of $25.00 per night, plus applicable taxes. Children under 18 may stay for free in their parent’s room when using existing bedding. The maximum number of persons per room is four (4).
Guest Parking
Outrigger Guests receive a 50% discount off the following parking rates:
- Daily parking charges are $30 for self-parking and $40 for Valet per day plus tax. -subject to change
Off-Site Guests Parking
For those attendees not staying at the Outrigger, a 50% discount off the following parking rates:

DISCOUNTED DAILY RESORT FEE
Normally $35- discounted to $20.00 for attendees. The resort charge provides guests a generous array of amenities and services for $20.00 per day plus tax. The charge includes the following benefits and amenities.
