All cancellations must be received in writing via email.
- A $100 cancellation fee applies to all canceled registrations - regardless of reason for cancellation
- After August 1, 2025, a $200 cancellation fee applies.
- After September 1, 2025, no refund applies
- We regret that we are unable to apply your registration to a future symposium, unless the Symposium is postponed or canceled due to Covid-19 or other reasons beyond our control (see below*)
- Name changes/substitutions are not allowed
- Travel Insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment
- Visit www.travelguard.com or www.allianztravelinsurance.com. Both offer Covid 19-related insurance policies.
*Covid-19 Cancellation or Postponement In the event the Symposium is canceled or postponed due to Covid 19 or other reasons beyond our control a $100.00 administrative fee applies to all requests for a Symposium refund.
